General Policy
All ticket purchases are final once payment is confirmed and ticket numbers are allocated. Raffle tickets are non-refundable except as stated below.
Exceptions
- If the draw is cancelled by Landlord Ticket, all ticket holders receive a full refund within 14 business days.
- If payment was debited but no ticket numbers were allocated due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference.
- Duplicate charges caused by payment gateway errors will be refunded upon verification.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect skill question answers (entry blocked before payment)
- Change of mind after successful purchase
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements discovered after purchase
How to Request a Refund
Email admin@landlordticketng.com with your full name, email, payment reference, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
