Refund Policy

General Policy

All ticket purchases are final once payment is confirmed and ticket numbers are allocated. Raffle tickets are non-refundable except as stated below.

Exceptions

• If the draw is cancelled by Landlord Ticket, all ticket holders receive a full refund within 14 business days.
• If payment was debited but no ticket numbers were allocated due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference.
• Duplicate charges caused by payment gateway errors will be refunded upon verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect skill question answers (entry blocked before payment)
• Change of mind after successful purchase
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements discovered after purchase

How to Request a Refund

Email admin@landlordticketng.com with your full name, email, payment reference, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
